DaveBCN: I appreciate the numbers you provided. Anesthesia adj.op. expense/ patient 2016 Q1 - Q2 - Q3 - Q4... 217,8 209,9 208,4 210,7. nesthesia adj.op. expense 2017 Q1 - Q2 - Q3...223,5 213,0 211,0. Looks to me you're correct. And, the numbers (I gave them further examination) have no strong pattern with increasing cases. So, more cases will do nothing to lower expenses/case but expenses will increase slightly over time and be elevated in the first quarter.
