Grant Edey tried to sell KRI at a discount to cashGrant agreed to sll KRI for $.05 per share and take a sucess fee for himself...I wonder what a court would think of his actions as a CEO who orchestrated sellign the company for $2-3M less then the CASH on hand.

Grant needs to be disgones for his tied to the offshore fund he agreed to sell shareholders to his for his own benefit...

Greed is just digusting...Grant got paid for his dividend on the Mongolia deal after he exercised his cheap Options ...but now he wants the right to sell shareholders to his friends at a discount to CASH?  Fook that and lets look at his motivations for a $05 cent deal that has $.07  in cash
