RE:RE:Radio Hill

RE:RE:Radio HillI once new an extremely successful and wise business man and land owner (now deceased), developers bought his mountain where they planned to build a ski resort, the business man landowner sold them the mountain except for the one little piece of land at the base of the mountain that held the water supply. Once the resort was built and they were ready to start making snow, they suddenly realized that they didn't own the water supply and could not get permits to pump water.  That's because the wise business man landowner owned the water supply and rights.  In the end the resort had to pay an exorbitant amount for the water each month.  The resort never made money.  They sold. Another resort franchise came along and paid an exorbitant amount to purchase the water supply land and also had to provide wise business man with a percentage ownership of the ski resort.  He was a legend in my parts. I just wonder if DL is doing the same.  me thinks so. IMHO.  Cheers
