RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Diamond Selling Prices UP. Arle, I can't see where you get your number of $1,000,000 management fees paid to Bottin and IIU. Looking at Note 15 of the September 2017 financials, I see $1,850,000 in remuneration paid to officers, consultants, and directors for the nine months ended Sept 30. This compares to $639,000 for the comparable period in 2016. I assume that the 2017 figure is high due to a settlement with PE with respect to his abrupt departure. It would not have been cheap to dump PE. Write it off to a case of "loss of Irish temper". So, let's use the 2016 figure ($639,000) as a guideline. In my mind, this is a perfectly reasonable mount for a CEO, CFO, and other officers and directors. It is my understanding that Comerford's directors fees go to IIU, not to him directly. Other than that, I cannot see anywhere that any fees or remuneration were paid to Bottin, DD, and/or IIU. I doubt very mych that there's any hanky panky going on. As a MPVD shareholder, I would be disappointed if that was the case, and I am most willing to stand corrected if I'm wrong. Have you ever asked Mr. Whittle about this? It would be good to know what he says about the matter.
