Novo Resources Corp. is a gold explorer focused on discovering gold projects. The Company is also advancing gold exploration at Nunyerry North. It focuses on undertaking early-stage exploration across its Pilbara tenement portfolio. It has also formed lithium joint ventures with both Liatam and SQM in the Pilbara which provides shareholder exposure to battery metals. Its Belltopper Gold Project comprises the adjacent Malmsbury and Queens projects.

26 million warrants at $1.25 or below

Last Corp presentation in November showed 40.8 million warrants out. 26 million plus are at or below $1.25 and 14 million at $6 (our gold buddies late to the game?). We will have to hold tight if these warrant holders are selling as they could impact price short term for sure if they start selling. They may already have.
