I am going to say 50-50 on both of our expectations. Ideally, you wait until the stock is strong before a pp. The thing that makes no sense is the tremendous amount of selling all in a specific range. If that is a coincidence then i will clearly been proven wrong. I have helped finanance so many companies and the trick was always to let friends and family know about a potential raise at a certain price and to try to make room for it by selling near the same price. Either way it is a moot point as strong execution will rue the day anyway. Good news is that we are getting closer to starting.
