The Internet Boiler Room Has Moved OnThe entire group contracted for promotion on LDS are nothing more than modern day versions of the old boiler rooms that were shut down by the SEC years ago. Think Wolf of Wall Street. Why do you think there was a sudden influx on this board of posters that you have never seen before ? And it all coincides with the jump in volume and price allowing "certain people" to get their paper off and free up cash. Myself being one of them in the 80's as the sheep were all being fleeced.
LDS management shot themselves in the foot by putting out such an assinine press release saying they were willing to give away ALL their assets to secure a loan for half a million dollars. What an amateur (or sketchy) thing to do. Of course no one had confidence in holding into that rally when the CEO was telling the world he needed a Pay-Day Loan to raise a small amount of extra cash.
Why would anyone have faith that these people can properly manage growth when they are willing to risk giving the company away for peanuts ?
Don't hold your breath on another big rally unless the boiler room is hired to come back. No doubt a lot of money was freed up in this recent rally but now that paper will need to be replaced. Don't be surprised to see more dilution at 50 cents. They talk about expanding to 200,000 sq.ft but where is that money coming from when they couldn't fund $1/2 million without giving the company away ?
Good luck. This company has potential, but only with a legitimate board and a shake up at the senior management level.
