RE:short positionExactly - this should definitely never trade below .03 cents again and I only see upside from here on based on this PR.

This gives ALOT of breathing room for them, and gives them alot of time to a) find a buyer and/or b) get their new platform up and running and increase the value of the company that way, and THEN sell it off.....or maybe they just grow enough now to be able to start carrying this debtload on their own.

Anything under .03 cents now is an absolute 100% complete no brainer BUY.

I see .10 cents by end of December.
