The Company’s Lorraine project is located in northcentral British Columbia, which comprises two contiguous properties: the Lorraine-Jajay and the Tam-Misty properties. The Company also holds other properties located in British Columbia, including the Arjay, Tchentlo and Croy-Bloom properties.

I once stated that the share price for SIR will finish the year at $ 0.30.I have changed my mind and it will not even come close.It will be under $ 0.20 if we are lucky.SIR is going to be a holding company and in my oppinion SIR shareholders should receive shares in this new company.It should also trade on an exchange.It looks to me that we are hung out to dry.
