RE:RE:RE:Might TMI be in settlement talks?If that's the case, then why settlement talks at all? If the tribunal is awarding to TMI $$, then it only makes sense to settle for TMI to settle outside if court if they can hope to get more $$ than the award, which then, would not make any sense for Bolivia to engage in?
