On October 30, 2017, the Company's Board of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.1711 per common share to be paid on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2017." The record date is Nov/30, so the ex-dividend date is Nov/29. If you want the Dec/15 dividend then you need to buy before the market closes on Nov/28.
