A small Flow Thru financing considerably above previous day share closing price sounds like a fair arrangement to me.

A small Flow Thru financing to make a enormous increase in the value of a property that contains an increasingly valuable commodity (cobalt) that is desperately being sought after by participants of the coming next phase of the industrial revolution not seen since the cell phone.

A logical effort is being made to increase the value so that when it is unlocked sharelholders will benefit by an amount EVER SO GREATER than the small financing.
