RE:Spoke with Don Rogers this afternoon. I will say he wasI would concur with you UP to a point. I have also spoke to Don Rogers and I was able to extract from him that their is an extra level of scrutiny being placed on companies having CTO's lifted versus applying for a listing. Taking it further, companies with a 3 year CTO are rarely reinstated as the level of doubt and scrutiny increases even further.
It would almost be easier, timewise, for Genoil to create a new listing on the TSX and then take over GNO.
That being said, if these top-notch lawyers that GNO claims to have are doing their job and being forthcoming,(and not milking the $hite out of it), they can either follow through in their execution, or they can file against the ASC if they believe their is subjectivity coming into play and the ASC is not playing fair.
*** What I would expect from Genoil is a PR giving an update on the status of the CTO. You cant tell the investors a year ago that you are working on it and then have a year go by with no update. In typical fashion, GNO should make a PR that says "Genoil has signed an LOI to have its CTO lifted" Then we will have a much better idea of the eternal timeline!
