TD back on the buy side Level 2

TD has been the majority seller from .35 down to here at .255 and now starting to pick up shares again. You can learn a lot from watching level 2 especially on a very active stock with serious potential. We have many weed and bio stocks in the $2-$3 range that are not making any revenue as well with 4-5 times shares outstanding. The sells are thinning out now. Low float, high volume major potential = a day traders dream and longs will be rewarded. Nice to add in the .25 range.
