RE:Sportsbet restricting: 10th amendment violationSomething triggered the Supreme court to hear this case, despite all lower courts siding against NJ. It may be the approach or that other courts simply don't have the authority, yet they felt compelled to hear this out. Its a double edge sword because despite NJ going ahead with online casino not many other states have done. PA is the only new one in the bunch and it took 4 years after the first three. However because of the self interest of the leagues, if the Supreme court rules in NJ favor, they will all scramble to negotiate a piece of the pie, though I'm not sure they will be successful. Why should the leagues benefit from a gamble on their teams?
