I voted to sell. But does anyone know what happens to any fractional shares in the 1 to 0.5563 share conversion?

Under my current holdings, I'll have about 0.8 of a share hanging...will it convert to cash, or an actual fraction of a share? If I buy about 150 more shares, I'll only have about 0.01 of a share left over in the conversion. I might do that anyway...
