Yup, there it is. In most cases a Poison Pill is used to try and get more money from the company that wants to take you over or buy some time in hopes of getting another better offer but in order to do that you have to pick up the phone and we all know that nobody picks up the phone at CMED when it comes to an offer. CMED may get their way but at what cost? ALL IMO! DYODD! Best of luck to Everyone.
