The MJ market still is heavily based on speculation. With MMJ you are looking at a company that wants to build 40,000 square feet of grow space. With MYM you are looking at a company where phase 1 of their most prominent project (Weedon) will be 100,000 sq/ft, and as the revenues start to come in, will become 1 million sq/ft. 

The Australia project, as far away as it is in the future, it also has a massive speculative value. Once MJ becomes legalized in Canada next year, many other countries are going to follow suit at an exponential level, a quarter of Europe is already getting the ball rolling, and Australia, although it looks like it is five years behind Canada, once Canada has legalized pot it will be a major catalyst and Australia will move in a hurry. MYM getting their foot in the door down under is a genius play.
