Hi CMED shareholder here, can someone knowledgeable explain the SHARE RIGHTS offering part in latest CMED press release, regarding holders on close of Nov 28th, 2017,

How will this Rights offering effect us? When do we get these rights? Can we trade these rights?

I read that Rights usually dilute the price when offered...thanks
