have not read the doc, but i get the picture or is it really the picture? This financial is based upon the sept Q  since then we have seen a dramatic increase in oil and gas prices.  I assume the loss is based upon write downs and maybe some hedges, but these are line items. I assume this apprasial from the auditor and banks are the usual lines that must be placed within the filings.  Everyone is covering  their asses.  I do believe that if necessary they will sell some acreage,infrastructure or production to raise needed money to stay within covenants.
I may be wrong and if so there goes another oil and gas cmpy .  As mentioned if Mass has destroyed this cmpy he will most likely get a job selling ice-cream in a ice cream truck because his oil and gas dreams are over and out
