RE:RE:Airinsight on Boeing's trade warGreat thought!  Generally, Bombardier should have legal recourse against Boeing for damages, if the complaint is thrown out as frivilous.

The gloves are off...let’s see what happens...

a frivolus complaint by boeng admittedly to stop the competion whose whole intent is to delay or kill the program


legally would this be a non-starter or is the bomber just to nice to retaliiate
