RE:Straws in the wind
I have to strongly disagree with point 3 .... as it stands Artemis is producing (only small sample productions imo) in their tnements, and with those profits they will be able to continue funding all their projects, including the JV with Novo.
Artemeis has demonstrated how simple surface gold metal detecting can be profitable in the short term.
Actually, I think Artemis is in the driver's seat beacuse when they eventually have their processing mill up and running then they (ARV) will be dictating who of their JV partners will get priority of usage. Having said this I don't know if their is any term of agreement between ARV and Novo for the usage of the mill when it becomes operational ... time is ticking away and Artemis is probably telling Novo sh!t or get of the pot with choosing a suitable sampling methode or else you lose or will have much less privilage when it come to mill usgae ... Currently ARV has enough projects to keep their mill operational 24 hours a day (when it does come on line).
To be honest their will be such a conflict that KL and Novo might have to get their own license to build their own 1000 TPD mill, or whatever capacity they think suitable for their operations.
Artemeis made a smart business deal with Novo that loaded their pockets with plenty of cash and sufficient knowledge of the Pilbara to progress well enough independently of Novo should this ever be the case ... Remember that ARV has their own unlimited bank machine named the Sheik. All ARV has to do is create a PP that the Sheik could go all in for himself, and presto! Novo will be in ARV's rear view mirror.
ARV is a basic material explorer (soon to be producer of) ... they have their own gold, cobal, and a platinum exploration properties with respectible grades. The value of each of these minerals will eventually increase substantially making ARV that even more attractive to investors.
If ARV was any at all concern about cash and being able to keep up with Novo 50/50 expenditure costs then they would have done something about it by now, which I believe they did already.
Right now ARV is essentially in the same position Novo was roughly 8-9 years ago regarding their SP. All it will take is some patience and recognition of the market and investors to proppel their SP into the dollar figures just like what Novo's SP just whent through.
