The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

of course it can go lower, upper management at dealnet has proven that over the last 16 months. it ALWAYS goes lower. each and every quarter.

i will double down @ 0.01 when the market cap will be lower than the value of my house. can't wait to see how this quarter over promises and under delivers AGAIN!
