RE:Emblem Announces Commencement of Nick Dean as CEO and PresObviously carries some clout. SP responding very well just on this annoucement - which, weirdly enough, was already known by the market. Maybe EMC's management is figuring out that being transparent and timely with NRs is actually good the SP!
