Thats right, and they spun off the NHS Industries company which owns the Canadian property and gave shares out to shareholders therefore I dont see how it is a 'Wholly owned Subsiderary" ad NF does not own 100% of NHS. NHS shares have yet to trade but are showing up in peoples accounts.

I dont believe NHS has filed an application for a license either.
