RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DNI made 2nd payment in septemberMy recent discussions with Dan indicate there is no interest in getting into a legal battle over this and that Cougar does not have a leg to stand on. He also indicated that they are still on track to be producing in early 2018. Asian markets eagerly await their graphite. Bulk samples are being examined by end markets as I type this. I expect there will be a bunch of news in the next few weeks leading into the new year.
