RE:Conversion rateIts set at 4.5 shares but capped at $24 worth of shares. Meaning as the share price rises above $5.33 (24/4.5), us CMED shareholder get absolutely nothing from the growth and our ownership in the combined company is prorated down. At the current price, we're getting roughly 3.2 shares. A seriously troubling condition of the deal.
