RE:BAD news for BUSWhat is disruptive about this. Same old ARBOC, just new owners. And no, ARBOC'S products are not innovative. NFI needed to buy in some accretive earnings. That's about it, if you understood the challenges NFI is facing. Do some DD. GL DD
