I'm just saying as a public company there are alot more eyes on you....

Most of the regulations are designed for leafs, vape and edibles like chocolates. The regulations is not as clear for beverages. This puts TNY in a bit of disadvantage being that they are a public company vs a private beverage companies can run/operate in the grey area. As far as marketing the products! This will follow suit once everything are ready to go!
