RE:RE:TFSA Account Advice for new investorThanks Londondriveguy you are correct I would need to sell the positions to generate a loss offset. Bummer I guess the taxman already figured that one out.  According to the article, you have to wait 30 days before repurchasing the stock or you lose ability to offset gains.
