RE:RE:RE:anonymous is killing usHi, CodeRed11,

Here is my take on Anonymous's abnormal selling behavior. I have examined historical short volumes, shareholding structure (5% and more) and financing done in early this year. It was difficult for me to find out who could sell a large number of shares aggressively by Anonymous as Luxor Capital, New York based company that holds $12 billion dollar assets, was the only one with 16M shares besides Thomas Yingling (542K) Brijender Jassal (96K). Other shareholders could not be identified as they hold less than 5% of shares.

Sorting was not a problem. My take on this matter is that a broker (could be more than one), so-called a mysterious seller as said by Stock Grue, has been selling a total of 8,951,786 shares beginning late August as their 4 months holding period ended. This broker has sold shares on behalf of those participated in  6,152,843 share  (about 5.5M shares) financing. I believe most of them has been sold out in the last 3 month.

Berkwood's zone 1 graphite property is a world class with premium grade.without the need for additional graphite at zone 2. So far the Company explored 800 meter stretch but this zone is 2.2km with 30-600 m wide. This is much roome to grow from there. I believe it was the right direction to focus on determining the the size of this graphite body to determine tonnage and geometry according to NI 43-101.

The most potential risk is still with Thomas if he repeats reckless financing without the need for necessity. I'm sure he will not get my vote for the benefit of our shareholders.
