The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:RE:Export to Canada ? Technically its 1M shares + 500K additional shares are given once they tap into Canada. This partnership is taking a long time to materialize. SGC probably wants more than just 15% royalty and 1M shares + 500k shares.

Anybody thinks this is a dead deal?
