what motivates a company

what motivates a company I get slightly annoyed when I read Facebook and stockhouse posts questioning why a mining company would convert to a marijuana company....my question is,  why the hell wouldn’t they ??? For a company “change” directions in favour of a booming industry represents smart management imo and I’m happy to be long in mmj  I’ve said it before, i think Boris and his team are doing an excellent job of moving Matica forward and i see no signs of it stopping. I also believe that past experiences, like the deal that fell though in NS, which people seem to carry on about was a huge learning experience for Matica and has been a strong catalyst  for smart decisions and  sticking to best practices moving forward... there’s nothing like a good lesson learned to force us to change the way we do things... this in my opinion will be the strongest factor in helping Matica become a leading company.. there is a lot of motivation to make this company a success..whether there’s a buyout or not. I believe Boris is making decisions in the best interest of his shareholders and will know when it’s time to take a step back. Anyone else care to comment on what they like about management/ or the company in general.. bashers, just for today please refrain from useless comments
