These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. HBC also has investments in real estate joint ventures. In Canada, it has partnered with RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust in the RioCan-HBC joint venture.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:HBC settles with Land & Buildings.I am in this with a target in the mid 20s over as many as 3 years. That said I would point out that maceys is up 20% in last couple of weeks. I do not believe that maceys was ever as cheap as hbc. I think it also plausible that hbc has a better brand footprint with respect to retail climate.
