RE:RE:Stock down; Compensation UP!

RE:RE:Stock down; Compensation UP!Yes we do know. It’s all broken down nicely on page 98 of the annual report. And yes they have skin in the game. Millions of shares between the top 3 which won’t be fully vested until 2021.
On top of that JK already had around 3.5 million shares.
When money was tight in 2015, they all took a pay cut in return for shares.
It’s all broken down.

Not enough shares to stop a hostile takeover though.

RCF has 51 million shares at .25 average. Add around 6-7 million plus for insiders.

What would it take for shareholders to sell out?

What is PC worth at 4% of in the ground minerals? $8 billion x 4%= $320 million/300 million shares FD=$1.06 a share. Does that sound fair? I think it’s a bargain.

That still leaves Newfoundland up for grabs.

i would think that most people would take $1.06 and run away fast. Wouldn’t make everyone happy but enough to approve it.

Am I out to lunch or is 4% of proven minerals in the ground a fair price?

And then there would be new management. People who WANT to take the mine into production.

Of course nobody would  do that without the all season road permit.
