RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stroud Resources to issue 4.12 million shares for debt

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Stroud Resources to issue 4.12 million shares for debtGiven Stroud’s low market cap compared to other silver explorers with similar M&I resources, I wouldn’t exactly call buying at .015 getting sucked in, since it was already selling for that before the 71% resource increase announcement, although I agree that there will be a share consolidation coming up, probably 1 for 10.   Mostly likely will happen during a financing for drilling funds.    But that has already been factored into the current price IMO.

I think the so called silver shortage consist of two things based on several recent articles on the subject.    During sudden demand from investors such as political events, the minting of the silver into coins and bars may not keep up with demand in the short term, and also the existing supply for industrial uses if the economy roars.   But there is plenty of unmined silver still in the ground ready to be extracted.   However, increased demand for the existing silver can certainly be good for companies with resources in the ground.
