VFF Announces $13.5 Million Bought Deal

VFF Announces $13.5 Million Bought Deal I'm never really too keen on bought deals, but hats off to management for getting maximum value on their share price, At least it wasn't done cheap. In the end we raise 13.5 million, and add only 2.5 million shares to the float, at least there are no warrants which would further dilute equity from shareholders. Anyways if anything it adds support to our current share price, regardless this is a solid move by the company for quick expansion, and the necessary funding to move forward with their plans. A+++We still only have less than 43 million shares outstanding fully diluted, Far less than the perceived "market leaders" in the MJ space..Still plenty of upside here in the next few quarters, and we are cashed up..
