"The proposed regulations would constitute a complete game changer that will allow Hempco to implement its vision for whole-plant-utilization," said Hempco President Charles Holmes.

The shorts are covering but the price isn't with this clowns activity. FAH!

Why shouldn't Charles and his daughter sell some shares. They worked hard to get this company where it is today. We all take profits, why shouldn't they do the same. Look at this as a good buying opportunity, for this I'm grateful. Still accumulating and will continue to do so. This is a long play imo and should pay off nicely in the coming years. Buy em up and tuck them away. There is a very small number of shares to go around. This will bounce very easily either way. Once they are done selling, the shares will be in stronger hands and the share price will gap in no time. A couple of news releases and we will fly as we have already seen happen. GLTA
