Sukhi, you sly old devil. Of course there is a good reason to sell and you do it yourself, likely regularly by playing the swings. WHY NOT??? Profit is always a good reason to sell. 

That bonus cash pays for flights, hotels, and nice birthday/christmas presents. It also provides a very nice cushion for unforseen expenses. 

Still, as I mentioned before, if you can purchase this trust's units cheap enough it's a great place to park cash. 

I find it's also a good idea to have a stash of folding cash for incidental opportunities. Playing the swings in a TFSA can provide such things without punishing taxes.
