Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

TWO reasons why APH should do some takeovers now...

TWO reasons why APH should do some takeovers now...1) They will need the additional growing capacity to meet MJ demand from Shoppers (and their other sales avenues)
2) Their share price will jump with the Shoppers news, so APH should take advantage of the higher-priced paper and use it to pay for the acquisition(s)

The smaller LP's like OGI, BE, MARI, etc. and even some of the late-stage applicants such as MMJ, LIB, VP. etc. come to mind as potential APH targets...
