You did not miss anything except for reading between the lines. The market has expected it for quite some time. I said the exact same thing you did.....that they simply have no choice but to re-instate it" and was disappointed yet again. Read the signs....it's not my decision and I may get in trouble for saying this but it is possible that the Board would be favourable to a meeting to discuss really small dividend. Its a really bad joke on us. They really need some professional communications staff over there....just awful.
