Don't get me wrong, but here we go again with another dream but no real timeline or cash flow associated with it expected for a long time. IF this is going to even get initiated, you would expect some sort of working capital aspect negotiated in the deal. Billion dollar deals should have some sort of up front payment/commitment to be able to carry this out. I sure hope there isnt some sort of 500M share private placement planned to raise funds to engage resources to accomplish this.

This deal, like all the others, dont have some sort of guarantee or break-fee, etc.

I am just trying to be a realist here.

I imagine the ASC will read the press release and wont change a thing in their minds.
