without prejudice It is my opinion and or my interpretation. From what I can gather, No more extensions, bankruptcy protection can only be 6 months. If no deal by the 4th Jan 2018, The 5th January the company is bankrupt. From what I have heard there is one proposal, and is a Canadian company or individual. Details given to me where vague, understandably. Within the next 10 days there should be more information.
