my guess
 and its just a guess. Isign as being working on deals and just maybe someone is about to jump on board. They see how cheap ISD stock. All they have to do is tell a few family members and friends and then they tell a few friends to buy some shares as the stock price will jump as soon as its announced. 
 Been here and owned shares for a long time, maybe this is it for all of us.
