That surprises me a little bit, since I assumed it has been closed already.
So they will pay +50% from roughly current SP? OK with me.

HOWEVER, I doubt that CEO could release such information to your buddy
- even though he already stated something similar.
Immediately to me doesn't mean 'in one week', but now (+2 days).

Whatever .. assuming it goes through or went through.
