So here I will put in a plug for anyone if there is a concern, to communicate with our CEO. For unless his hands are tied, Stephen will take time to answer shareholders questions.

Regarding the shares issued for Shining Tree properties, CEO responded thus:

I believe there is a 4 month hold. Then if either vendor wants to sell their shares they need to notify Orefinders who has the right to repurchase their shares at market rates.j
