RE:Wake up Cmed

RE:Wake up Cmed If ACB didn't get cute with the offer and had of just done a firm 4.5 shares based on the 20 day VWAP before the offer came out, this was a done and dusted deal, probably closed before the New Year. Instead they chose to get aggressive and make the offer ratchet down based on ACB share price, and now they are going to struggle to close it. Lots going on in the background, ACB isn't going anywhere as they need the revenue and patient count to try to keep pace with WEED, and the markets seem to be correcting likely for what may very well be quiet Dec and Jan for the entire sector. Business as usual at CMED, and we are due for announcements on the wafer and Europe, so still lots of game remains to be played. GLTA and make your own decisions.
