Stars aligned for CRH

Stars aligned for CRHIt seems funds are tripping over themselves to get back into the stock. The reasons are a few:
Stock Buy-back
End of tax-selling season, or almost there
Tax policy changes in the US
Possible stellar results since income for the last q acquisitions will show up in revenues and income
Belief that compensation reductions from the government will not go lower for the foreseeable future, thus stream of revenues won't  be a problem
The ACA will not come to an end before 2 years pass since the government will keep subsiding insurance companies for the next 2 years.
These, i think, are some of the reasons fuelling the sp rise.
