150 miliion buyout US vs 75 million debt and maybe 25-35 million in other liabilties

remaining revolver debt vs vat and cash on hand a wash

So maybe 50 million US dollars or 20-25 cents a share.  

Or pay down and refi the revolver and get that price as a starting point.  We will see
