RE:CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG Greensideup...The bigger question is whether there is a right of first refusal allowing any of the Copperstate partners to purcahse Aphria's interest in Copperstate.
Depending on the shareholder agreement and how it is worded, the other partners may have a right of first refusal to purchase Aphria's interest in Copperstate before Aphria can flip it to a third party. The six month period that Vic was referring to most likely allows other partners time to assess whether they want to acquire Aphria's interest or pass on it.

BUT the fly in the ointment is they must complete the 6 month lockup period before that transfer can take place .
THE BIG QUESTION IS ,When it that lockup period expire ?
Does anyone know as that will likely cause another significant pop in share price
GS up way up
THERE is going to be a lot of money made both through APH and Liberty .. So hang onto your hats and think $55.00 to $65.00 and possibly more than that with Liberty
